OPEN REGULAR HOURS
But due to COVID-19 you will see some changes. We ask that you bring and wear a face covering for your appointment. When you arrive there will be hand sanitizer available when you walk in. Go straight to the front desk maintaining 6 ft. social distancing. We will check your temperature and ask you screening questions for COVID-19. You may want to bring your own pen for filling out paperwork. If possible, we prefer just the patient to go back with the doctor. Sorry for any convenience.
Keeping you safe,
